Subba Reddy provides leadership to Nu-Way Group, an infrastructure enterprise set up in Hyderabad in 2006 with focus on undertaking projects meant for the welfare of the economically weaker sections. This has not only taken him closer to the underprivileged but also brought him laurels and recognitions from civil servants, corporate heads and people’s representatives.
Subba Reddy is also passionate about empowering the needy in urban and rural areas through skill development. He does it by helping business enterprises implement their corporate social responsibilities (CSR). His aim is to see that every village in India is adopted by a corporate enterprise, a Non-Resident Indian, a civil servant or a people’s representative.
Subba Reddy’s work experience is equally outstanding. He has been associated with large organisations like Nagarjuna Construction Company, Lanco Infratech and Ramky Infrastructure, where he provided leadership in successfully completing challenging projects as per schedule. His strength lies in people management and networking.
Subba Reddy loves experimenting with new ideas in business and social work. It is this trait that has led him to set up Nu-Way Foundation in 2007 and expand his social initiatives into rural water supply, sanitation, skill development, education, vocational training, women empowerment, child labour awareness and plantation.
